And the worst one is the person you hired to represent your company. However, the family dollar in Cartersville has the rudest staff of people I have ever encountered. is amazing! Those ladies are wonderful, they are always willing to go out of their way to help you find things and they ALWAYS have a kind word to say!!! That is why I will drive 35-40 min out of my way and drive past the family dollar in my own town to go there.
Until then, I’ll keep using the scanner feature. I feel like with that change, I’d be able to shop more efficiently. Plus who has time to search through all of your great coupons anyway. I’m a mom on a budget, a lot of times I don’t focus on brand names, I just want the deal! I feel like sometimes I miss out of a lot of good coupons because I can’t search the app for the actual product name instead of brand name. I don’t like that you have to type in the BRAND NAME. why can’t I just type “toilet paper” or “deodorant” and all the relevant coupons pop up. Can you guys please make it more user friendly? Like, if I want deodorant or toilet paper. the only thing I don’t like is the search bar. The little spin slot machine thing is pretty cool and a nice touch. I have a big family so I save money on a lot of different things from baby items, to household cleaning supplies to even cute little gifts.
